Retiring A & B sized Stamp Sets

Hello everyone!

Well, as you know, the new Idea Book will be available on Feb 1st! There are so many fun things in this new book! I can’t wait to show you all! Remember, come to my open house on Feb 1st to be able to see some of the new items, all of the new papers, and be able to take a little something home with you!

I thought I would do what I did last year, and get you the list of retiring things, so that if they are something that you ‘need’, that you will have the chance to pick them up. These items are all while supplies last, and will be available until January 31st. After that, they will be gone, gone, gone! So, make sure you take a look and see what you need!!

I am breaking up the lists with photos for each grouping, so as to not overwhelm you completely, however you can see the full itemized list here.

On to the stamp sets that will be gone effective January 31st! As always, the A sizes stamp sets are $6.95 and the B sizes are $9.95. Each of the photos are linked directly to my CTMH store, so you can purchase them through the website, or you can purchase them through me via a phone call or email.

You & Me Mini Album

So, in looking at old Creative University posts, remembering a great lady that passed away last week, I realized that I never did post about my class that I taught. I have to tell you, that I was really scared that the wonderful ladies at the retreat wouldn’t like my mini album that I had created! It went through MANY MANY revisions before it was something that I liked! My dear friend Erin of Inky Smiles, was a big help in the finalizing of this project! (Thanks dear!!)

This mini album uses the Stella paper pack that is now retired, the Bohemian Assortment (that will retire at the end of the month), and many Cricut Art Philosophy shapes!

As you can see, there are many flowers for the front of this mini album.

We also used some natural hemp twine.

And some Bronze Glitz Glitter Gel. This stuff is fabulous! Easiest way to add glitter to a project, ever! And it won’t get all over the place!

The inside has pages that flip up, after the tin is opened. There are plenty of spots for photos and journaling.

As a special, the next 10 people that orders a paper pack, embellishment pack, and some hemp or twine from me, I will send you a Tin and the instructions with cutting guide on how to create this for yourself!

Remember, the Stamp of the month is only $5 when your order reaches $50!

During the month of January, you can still get the Whooo’s your Valentine kit, a $40 value for just $10 when your order reaches $35! What a fantastic deal! You get two sneak peaks into the new Idea Book that will be released in February!

Happy Valentine Blog Hop

Happy New Year!

I hope you are ready to write 2012 100 more times, and wonder what day/month/year it is! Well, if you are anything like me, anyway! LOL

This month we have about 60 bloggers showing off some wonderful creations made with the January Stamp of the month, Happy Valentine! You should have arrived to my blog from Teresa’s blog , and if not, that’s ok too, because it’s a big round circle hop!

I really liked the layout in the book with the Stamp of the Month, and wanted to re-create it for my Sister in Law for Christmas. (she hasn’t gotten it yet, so, if she pays attention to my blog, then she will know what she’s getting!)

I had so much fun working on this layout! I used our new markers to color in the flowers that I had stamped in Chocolate ink. I colored multiple flowers, and then cut them apart to make this fun 3-D effect with them.

I also colored some bitty pearls with the same purple marker, so that they would match! Isn’t it great that you can do that with these markers?

If you have a valentine, or are smitten with a little one, this is the stamp set for you! Some great phrases, some beautiful roses, where can you go wrong with that?

Remember, the Stamp of the month can be purchased for $17.95 by itself, or for just $5 when your order reaches $50!

December SOTM Blog Hop

Welcome hoppers! It’s almost Christmas time, and that means a new year will be coming soon as well! December’s Stamp of the Month is a cute and fun stamp set that you can use the whole year through! You should have come from Tamytha’s blog, but if not, that’s ok! You can find the full list HERE if you get lost along the way!

I wanted to do something a bit different than my ‘norm’ for this month’s blog hop. So, I decided to go with a great way to house stamps, or, in this case, cards! I started with the My Acrylix Organizer, added some Pemberly paper (only available through January!), and some cork letters, and came up with this fun box!

I used Archival Black ink to stamp all of the images to make them a nice crisp image that will last with the handling it will receive. In the photos, you see some stamp sets inside, but I will be filling it with cards that are ready to find a new home!

This stamp set can be yours for just $17.95, or just $5 with any $50 order! And starting December 1st, there will be things added to the While Supplies Last section on my shopping site! You should make sure to check them out as well!

Those that host a party with me before the end of Decmeber, will be getting an extra 15% hostess credit! Just imagine how much more you could get with that!! Contact me today to schedule your party!

Now, you should hop over to Helen’s blog to finish the circle, or to continue going, if you didn’t start there! Have a fabulous day! (and only 24 days until Christmas!)

Happy Crafting!

November Stamp of the month Blog Hop

Hello ladies!

Welcome to the November Stamp of the Month blog hop! We have many ladies with wonderful projects! Some of those ladies are on the East Coast, and were affected by Sandy’s visit. So, there may be some blogs that aren’t showing their project yet. If that is the case, try coming back in a day or so to see if they have gotten it up.

You should have come from Erin’s blog, isn’t her card stinkin adorable??

This month’s Stamp is so much fun! There are so many things you can do with it!

Three, no FOUR(!) different number options, Two different month options, One journaling box, plus other journaling important bits!

I didn’t get a chance to get pictures up before we went trick or treating and now realize they are all blurry! I will get pics up early tomorrow!

11.1 update: Apparently my card and stamp set ran off to get married or something! They have both disappeared! Project and photos coming soon!! (I promise!)

11.3 update: I think there was a divorce! The stamp set came home, but the card is still missing and unaccounted for. I wonder if it was unhappy? I will create a new one tomorrow, after my extra hour of sleep this evening!

Please continue the blog hop, at the beginning, at Kathleen’s blog!

Thanks for stopping in, and make sure to come back, so you can see what I have come up with!

November’s special is pretty special! The constant campaign this month is, when you purchase $50, and also purchase the Stamp of the Month for just $5, not only will you then get an additional stamp (of YOUR choice) 50% off, but $1 of that set will go to the Red Cross to help those affected by Sandy’s visit. So, be sure to shop in the November Online Party on my website so that you can take advantage of this great day, and this awesome way to help!

Christmas Cards

What: Stamp a Stack
How Many? 5 cards per stack, as many stacks as you would like
When: November 3rd, 12-6 pm
Cost: $6 per stack
To bring: glue, foam tape, scissors, mini glue dots

So, lets get to the details of how it will work this year! You will be doing a ‘stack’ of cards. One stack equals 5 cards. You choose what stack you would like to do. You may make multiple stacks of the same or different cards! So, if you wanted 20 cards you could choose 4 stacks of card 1, or 1 of each stack of cards 1, 4, 7, & 11. (or whatever combination you would like) As usual for my workshops, you will have all card pieces cut and provided for you. I will also provide the stamps, ink, and some tools to use in my workshop.

Please let me know by November 2nd which cards you would like, and how many stacks of each you would like! (and make sure to check below for some other fun items!)

Shall we get to the photos of the cards? Lets! The first two are the group photos of all the cards that are available.

Christmas Tags

Now, on to the next fun thing! We all need tags for presents for the holiday season, right? Well, below are some fabulous fun choices that you will have to make! Each of the tags will have red and white bakers twine (not pictured) for you to attach to the packages. There will be some others as well, that I don’t have photos of yet, but, the good news is, you won’t have to let me know on them in advance! (unless you want to!)

Cost: $5 for 12 tags!

The other tags will use the October Stamp of the month, which is only available for the next few days! If you want to be able to make the other tags again and again, then you will want to pick up this stamp!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Special Tags
Want something a little more special for your packages? Or maybe a special ornament for the tree? Why not make one of these fabulous ornament/tags!
Coffee Tags/ornaments: 4 for $5
These little cuties are about 4 inches tall.
Rosette tag/ornament: $1 each
This gorgeous rosette is about 4 1/4 inches, not including the seam binding. This is a great vintage looking ornament/tag, that will hang perfectly from a present or tree.
Kids Workshop
What: Kids Workshop
When: November 3rd, 6-9 pm
Cost: $15
To bring: glue!
We can’t forget the kids, either! They love to give presents! And they have many people to give them to! Mom, Dad, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Teachers, Bus Drivers, and more! They will be making the beautiful hex box that I posted about earlier this weekend. Their box will be white (instead of red). All items will be cut and ready for them to distress (if they would like) and glue down! You will have to provide your own glue & photos, though!
Will your kiddos want to make Christmas cards or tags? No problem at all!! Just let me know, and I will make sure to get them ready for you!
I know this will be a fun filled day, and I can’t wait to see you all there! Please be sure to let me know that you will be there, and what cards, or other projects you would like to make! I will also have some samples of some items that would make for some GREAT Christmas presents!
The Artiste in 3-D
Welcome to our The Artiste in 3D Blog Hop! There are so many fun features in our Artiste Cricut cartridge that we decided to showcase many of the 3D Objects
{click photo to get your own cartridge!}
In this hop, you will see a variety of projects featuring the 3D Object key of the Artiste but don’t worry, you won’t need special glasses to see them! (But we do hope our projects will “stand out” to you.)
If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Lucy ~ Love 2 Create. If you came from Priscilla’s Blog ~ Priscilla’s Paperie then you are in the right place!
My project today is the Hex box on page 48 of the Artiste.
Isn’t it cute? I didn’t decorate the top, as I think I will do it specific to each recipient (and this one is yet to be decided).
Here, you can see it wide open! I decided to go with 3 sizes of hex box, and twist them just slightly for each size. There are spots for 30 different photos (or some combination of photos and journaling!) That’s a whole scrapbook in just one box!
This shot was a bit of a close up shot, so you can see the inside, and kind of how it works a bit better!
I tried to fold in the inner most box, so you can see that both sides of each flap have cardstock on them, and ready for photos and/or journaling! (it just didn’t want to cooperate very much!!)
I hope that you have enjoyed my little hex box! It’s been great fun in creating (and may be one of my go to gifts for Christmas!)!
I am the last stop in this hop, but if you joined in the middle, you can continue at the beginning, with Lucy ~ Love 2 Create.
Here is the complete lineup in case you get lost along the way:
Lucy ~ Love 2 Create
Darla ~ Caution: Crafting is Contagious
Stephanie ~ The Quilted Scrapper
Wendy Kessler ~ My Scrapbooking Blog
Laura Wolff- ~ Scrappinsweetie’s Escape
Kindred Hearts ~ It Makes Total Cents
Theodora Stacey ~ Celebrate Crafts
Priscilla ~ Priscilla’s Paperie
Michelle ~ My Flights of Fancy <-----You are here---<<< Thanks for hopping along with us - we hope we were able to inspire you to create your own 3D projects with the Artiste. Have a crafty filled weekend! I'll be getting ready for the many bazaars that I have coming up, and the Christmas Card Workshop that I have coming up next weekend! (the photos for those cards coming tomorrow!)
